Return Policy
Return policy: We hope that you will be delighted with the blinds you receive from IMEKO Blinds. Nevertheless, in the event of an issue, the following items can be returned:
- Damaged goods before or during delivery.
- Goods that differ significantly from their description on IMEKO Blinds.
- Incorrectly supplied goods by IMEKO Blinds.
- Goods with manufacturing faults.
It is crucial that you thoroughly inspect the goods within seven days of delivery to identify any damage, and promptly inform us of any such damage or non-delivery within this stipulated time frame. Only goods that meet the aforementioned criteria can be considered for return. Please note, however, that products ordered incorrectly or deemed no longer required will not be eligible under our return policy.
While the online images serve as indicators, it’s essential to note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors, as individual computer screen resolution settings may vary.
Given the unique nature of custom-made curtains and blinds, it’s important to understand that we regretfully cannot facilitate any exchanges or refunds arising from an incorrect color choice under our return policy.
Warranty
- In cases where the goods, acquired for personal, domestic, or household use align with the Consumer Rights & Guarantees Act, IMEKO Blinds commits to repairing or replacing any items failing to meet the Act’s guarantees. Should the goods fall short of the stipulated guarantees in the Consumer Rights & Guarantees Act, our dedication is to promptly address the issue through the appropriate repair or replacement process.
- Whenever feasible, IMEKO Blinds is committed to rectifying any damage to goods occurring before delivery by offering repair or replacement. The decision to repair or replace damaged or faulty goods lies at the discretion of IMEKO Blinds. In instances where the repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not achievable, a full refund equivalent to the value of the damaged or faulty goods will be promptly issued.
Returns
However, products purchased on this website can be returned subject to the following conditions.
- Damaged goods prior to delivery.
- Goods incorrectly supplied by IMEKO Blinds.
- Goods that deviate from their description on the IMEKO Blinds website.
- Goods with manufacturing faults.
Change your mind
Blinds ordered through the IMEKO Blinds website cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty or damaged before delivery. Any product incorrectly ordered by you will not be accepted for return. Delivery
We exclusively provide delivery services within the metropolitan Melbourne area. Should your location fall outside this designated zone, kindly reach out to our sales department to obtain accurate postage costs tailored to your specific address.
- Unless otherwise specified in the quote, all prices include freight.
- Quotations for delivery to sites outside Australia will be provided separately.
- Upon delivery, the customer must promptly inspect the goods and, within 7 days, inform the company in writing of any damage, shortages, or non-delivery.
- While we strive to provide accurate information on this website, customers are ultimately responsible for selecting the product(s) they require.
